hello everyone. I’M working on model were I coupled the finite element left ventricle to a lumped parameter model of circulatory system. the lumped parameter is governed by a set of ODE and the left ventricle is model by the mechanic equilibrium equation where the boundary condition on the endocardium is coming from the pressure computed previously by ODE. I wrote my program, is it runing effectively but the algorithm doesn’t seem to solve my problem.
can somebody work on this type of problem? can someone helps me please.
