Please make a minimal example.
As you have strayed quite far from the initial topic of the post, I would suggest one of the following
- Create a new post, where you formulate the mathematical problem you are trying to solve, and a minimal code illustrating how far you have gotten in your implementaton.
- This minimal code should be possible for anyone to execute, and should only contain code that is relevant to the example you are trying to solve for (no post processing for instance).
