Disabling MPI in FeniCSx

Dear Community,

I am new to FEniCSx and currently using a piece of FEM code to run an RVE simulation for my multiscale analysis. However, I am encountering an MPI-related error stating that it has run out of space. Is there a way to disable MPI functionality, or would it be better to switch to a previous version of FEniCS?

MPI is built in as one of the core dependencies of the FEniCS project.
Could you please post the full stack trace/error message that you are getting?
