Define circle SubDomains with different radii

There seems to be an issue concerning attributes of CompiledSubDomain objects in Fenics 2018.1. I created a new post describing this general problem:

Dear all, during postprocessing, I have to acces / change the parameters of a CompiledSubDomain object (details regarding application see https://fenicsproject.discourse.group/t/define-circle-subdomains-with-different-radii/251).
