Could you try to make a more concrete/concise example?
For instance by using the default Nonlinear solver from DOLFIN rather than a custom one?
Additionally, you do a lot of post-processing in this file, which it is unclear if is needed to reproduce the error. Please consider removing these, as it makes it way easier for anyone to parse your code.
