Deflection behaves weirdly after changing thickness

Hi,
So I’ve replicated the clamped Reissner-Mindlin plate, changing the mesh to circular with mshr, leaving the rest the same (Clamped Reissner-Mindlin plate under uniform load — fenics-shells). When I use the standard material properties, thickness and force, the plate behaves as expected, smooth with largest deflection in the middle.

However, when I change only the thickness to something I want to replicate (t=100.0E-9, very very thin, I know), it becomes weird, has uneven deflection distribution and a weird point deflection, as seen here:

Could somebody help me with this?
Thanks!
