Integrating datasets in rbnics for reduced order modelling

I’m a university student working on Fenics and Rbnics for topic of Flow field reconstruction using POD Galerkin ROM for Navier Stokes Equation.

I’m working through the tutorials, wherein we are simulating the training dataset based for different parameters. Instead, I would like to use a custom/own dataset on which we need to perform POD Galerkin ROM. I’m unable to find references/examples wherein the working with custom data for fenics nor rbnics.

Any suggestions/references would help a lot

The package Ambit also supports Galerkin POD:

Unfortunately, on this topic, there is not yet much documentation, but you may consider the testcases (under tests/) with “rom” in them, which may help with what you want to do.
