Mesh adaptation examples for large deformations of bodies

Hi Fenics Community,

I was wondering if there was any Fenics example that handles large deformations of bodies with meshes that capture the body interface (not level-set or volume of fluid approaches).

I am looking at something for simulating droplet breakup.

The closest I have found is the Unicorn library within Fenics-HPC, but I was not able to find any example nor tutorial.

Do you know any examples of Fenics Implementations to these kind of problems?
