Unknown ufl objective type FiniteElement

The error is: when I run the code in python, this error appears as you can see in the attached screenshot.

You have a mixture of system wide packages installed with apt (in /usr/lib/petsc), and manually installed packages in /home/yourname/.local. Make a backup of /home/yourname/.local just in case there are important files there, then delete /home/yourname/.local and try again.
