Reaction Diffusion in deforming Domain

Hey all,

I’m trying to solve a simple reaction diffusion system which is coupled to an active contracting solid.
The active stress of the solid is dependent on the specific concentration of the RD-system. In other words, the concentrations tell the active solid where and how to contract.

I’m a little bit lost because the elastic problem can be solved in the Lagrangian (material) frame but the reaction diffusion is solved in the Eulerian-frame.

Do you have any suggestions for me? How would one start solving this kind of problem in FEniCS?
