Strange derivative behavior with the (BDM,DG) mixed couple

If the pressure is in a degree-0 DG space, it is piecewise constant on each element. Thus, within each element, its spatial derivatives are zero. The dx integration measure is a sum of integrals over element interiors, and does not take into account distributional contributions to spatial derivatives at interior facets.
