What are the differences between UFLACs and Quadrature Representation?

I recently came across the message that the form compiler representation quadrature option will be deprecated and I should use uflacs instead. I can’t seem to find a link that explains why this is better or what exactly the difference is?

Yes, if someone can explain the difference ? Because I also tried to use Quadrature representation instead of uflacs but it creates memory error.
