Can FEniCS solve electromagentic question on 3D model

As the title, if it can do it, is there any example for referenc?

Thanks a lot!

Of course. Consider

which can all be extended to 3D by selecting an appropriate mesh.

You can also consider GitHub - Wells-Group/TEAM30: A repository for the TEAM-30 benchmark using DOLFINx for induction motors: https://www.compumag.org/jsite/images/stories/TEAM/problem30a.pdf

Thank you for your quick help!

Witch one of them is more similar with ‘phased array radar antenna’ model?

Thank you!
I wanna double check whether FEniCS can be applied to ‘phased array radar antenna’ model?

I don’t know that problem.
FEniCS is a general Finite Element solver, using a domain specific language.
So if you can formulate the variational form, you can usually implement it in FEniCS.

I would also suggest looking at papers by other people, say:

Thank you! I’ll try soon.

Hi,

I followed the example script of https://www.researchgate.net/profile/George-Slade-2/publication/348920225_Basics_of_Antenna_Modeling_with_FEniCS_Finite_Element_Suite/links/64521542809a5350214692ca/Basics-of-Antenna-Modeling-with-FEniCS-Finite-Element-Suite.pdf. I saved GMSH script ‘PatchAntennaSymmetric.geo’ as '‘PatchAntennaSymmetric.msh’, but I couldn’t using meshio meshio.read('PatchAntennaSymmetric) open this gmsh file in the next step.
Following the error: Error: Couldn't read file PatchAntennaSymmetric.msh as either of ansys, gmsh
