Import mesh from Salome (med) to dolfinx

Hi,
I have a mesh (3D) from Salome with volume and facet groups. I have exported the mesh in the med format.
I don’t understand how to properly import this in dolfinx with group markers.

Only the mesh works with meshio → xdmf. But I don’t know how to get the markers.
