Unable to install legacy fenics (2019.1.0) on Conda

Hello,

I just switched to a new Mac and I am having trouble getting fenics (2019.1.0, I need to stick with this version for now) , I used the following command:

conda create -n fenicsproject -c conda-forge fenics

And I received this error:
